To create an account, click the "Sign Up" button at the top right of the website. Enter your email address and a secure password, and confirm your registration via the link we send you by email.

Click on "Forgot Password?" on the login page and enter your email address. We will send you instructions to reset your password.

To delete your account, go to "Account Settings" and select "Delete Account." Please note that this action cannot be undone.

To place an order, simply select the products you want and click the "Add to Cart" button. Then proceed to checkout to enter your shipping address and payment methods. You will receive an order confirmation from us shortly after.

We ship every Thursday from Switzerland and accept orders until Wednesday 12:00.

Changes or cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes.

You can use our filter functions to search by category, price, size, or other criteria. Our product recommendations are based on the most popular and highly rated items.
